Shipping and Returns
Do you offer Express Shipping?
	Yes, Express Shipping is available.  2-Day-Air shipping is offered as a shipping option in our Shopping Cart.  Overnight shipping can usually be arranged for an additional charge by contacting Customer Service.  NOTE:  Regardless of shipping method, some items can be shipped immediately, while other items require up to 7 days for processing before shipping.  Please contact us for individual item availability.
Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
	Yes. On your Checkout page, enter APO, FPO or DPO as the "City", and select AA, AE or AP as the "State".  Your order will be shipped by Priority Mail.
How much are the shipping charges?
	Shipping charges are shown on the Shipping Information  page.  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
What is your policy on Returns and Exchanges?
	If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for refund or exchange.  Return Authorization is required.  Please see our Return Policy for details.
When will my order ship?
	Order processing time varies among the different styles that we offer.  For each particular style, you can see the estimated time until shipping, on the product detail page for that style. You will receive an e-mail from UPS or USPS after your order has been shipped, showing your package tracking number.  Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our website to see the status of your order.
