Are your products made from genuine leather?
	Yes, all of our products are made from 100% genuine leather.  We do not offer any products made from imitation leather, such as polyurethane or PVC.
What are your "Big" and "Tall" sizes?
	BIG sizes are 3X, 4X, 5X and 6X.  TALL sizes are 2 inches longer than regular sizes in the body, and 1 inch longer than regular sizes in the sleeves.  There is no additional charge for Big or Tall sizes.
What size should I order?
	Please see our Size Chart  for helpful information.
How do I find my product?
	To find the product you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top of our website, or (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, or if you would like a product that is not shown on our website, we will be glad to help you. Just contact us for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
	To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service  for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
	After adding items to your cart, click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of this site to view your Shopping Cart.  You will see a box where you may enter your coupon code.  Enter your coupon code, then click "Apply".  Your discount will then automatically be applied to your order.
